Provide strategic talent and organizational insights to members of the DX/LS/BTG Leadership Team
Partner with platform talent pipeline owner(s) to ensure the company has the right talent to meet its strategic objectives
Assess the talent pipeline, identify gaps, and develop strategies to effectively close those gaps in collaboration with Business and HR Leaders
Lead and influence across a matrixed organization to drive alignment and adoption of talent initiatives at the executive level
Collaborate with Talent COEs to implement enterprise-wide development programs and enable leadership capability-building
Use data, analytics, and emerging technologies to evaluate pipeline effectiveness, inform strategy, and enhance talent mobility
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
8+ years of HR experience in strategic talent management, with emphasis on pipeline development and succession planning
Strong grasp of talent management principles and challenges, with analytical skills to solve complex issues
Excellent communication and influencing abilities across stakeholders including leaders, HRBPs, and TA teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Ability to travel – domestic and occasional international travel is required (up to 10%)
Ability and interest to apply a product management mindset and methodology—user research, iterative design, stakeholder feedback loops, and agile development—to HR solutions
Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and adoption of talent planning products
Ability to translate business needs into practical and customer-centric solutions that scale enterprise-wide
