Role Overview
- Be the primary point of contact for the production cell on process-related matters
- Actively participate in performance review meetings
- Contribute to analyzing production incidents, define corrective actions to address technical issues, and ensure their implementation and follow-up
- Optimize the use of production equipment (definition and implementation of manufacturing standards, solution studies, FMEA (AMDEC), improvement plans, etc.)
- Lead production efficiency projects (improving operational yield and productivity)
Requirements
- Degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or plastics engineering
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution methods and tools
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Mandatory proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment in a similar role
- Experience in IWS (Integrated Work System) or similar environments is particularly valued
