Be the primary point of contact for the production cell on process-related matters
Actively participate in performance review meetings
Contribute to analyzing production incidents, define corrective actions to address technical issues, and ensure their implementation and follow-up
Optimize the use of production equipment (definition and implementation of manufacturing standards, solution studies, FMEA (AMDEC), improvement plans, etc.)
Lead production efficiency projects (improving operational yield and productivity)
Requirements
Degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or plastics engineering
Proficiency in continuous improvement tools
Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution methods and tools
Proficiency in project management tools
Mandatory proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment in a similar role
Experience in IWS (Integrated Work System) or similar environments is particularly valued
