Guide scalable solution design including data models and KPIs
Provide technical oversight using SQL, Python, and PowerShell

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired
8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics
5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results
Strong proficiency in SQL
Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell
Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco
Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering
Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations
Strong executive-level communication skills.
