Requirements
3+ years experience leading product management teams, fostering high-performing teams.
8+ years experience in product management, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products.
2+ years experience in external workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or related human capital disciplines.
Proven ability to foster building trust within a product team, creating a collaborative and productive environment.
Demonstrated understanding of business mindset and how product strategy contributes to the company's success in the market.
Strong decision making skills in managing product features and resolving complex issues.
Ability to effectively apply evangelism to communicate product vision and value to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to effectively manage ambiguity in product development with changing requirements or priorities.
