About this role
Role Overview
- Supporting the day-to-day management and maintenance of key trade systems
- Assisting with the setup and execution of trade campaigns
- Helping configure and update campaign objectives within Anaplan and Salesforce
- Supporting the testing, rollout, and adoption of new tools
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements
- Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring databases remain accurate
- Supporting CRM reviews and preparing recommendations
Requirements
- Knowledge of trade systems
- Experience with Power BI and reporting
- BSc degree in a quantitative field (MSc preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A change-oriented and commercially aware mindset
- Experience with Anaplan or Alteryx is beneficial
