Manage projects from initial client contact to product delivery, including product (conceptual) development and design, prototyping, testing, supplier coordination, parts sourcing, production line setup, and process development.
Maintain communication with team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the development process, quality, efficiency, safety, and environmental initiatives.
Support the commercial department.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience in product development and design, preferably using SolidWorks
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with fine mechanical systems, generators, and electric motors is a plus
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills with a natural talent to influence at various levels of the organisation
Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Must have own transportation within a reachable distance from Tilburg.
