Assist work small teams to understand clients and what they want to achieve and advise them on how to get there
Turning complex jargon into simple terms and actions for clients
Making sure clients are compliant by preparing and submitting their tax returns
Liaising with HMRC around tax returns and gaining tax reliefs
Generating new ideas, solutions and spotting opportunities to enhance the client offering
Keeping up to date with changes to legislation and the impact they may have on clients
Study for your ACA/CTA or ATT/CTA Qualification through attending college courses and on the job training

A completed degree (or in your final year)
Gained a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC (with a minimum of one A Level in numerical or business-related subjects)
Have great attention to detail, with a passion for numbers and a knack for following processes
Possess great communication skills, can build rapport and are comfortable approaching clients
Ask questions and deliver a brilliant client experience
Can adapt to changing priorities and work in different teams
Able to multitask
