Role Overview
- Supporting live transactions end-to-end, from origination and marketing through to execution and completion
- Building trusted client relationships and delivering high quality work, across pitch documents, marketing materials, financial analysis and other transaction deliverables
- Getting involved in origination efforts; conducting detailed market, financial and commercial research
- Supporting and coaching junior team members
Requirements
- Corporate Finance experience, with end-to-end deal experience
- strong financial analysis and modelling skills, as well as commercial acumen
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- pro-active mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- can work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
- ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
