Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
Requirements
Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
Strong collaboration skills
Team player with lots of energy
Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
Proven record of success
Bachelor's degree
