Lead the implementation of frame-accurate video trimming, cropping, and snapshot extraction logic using libraries such as FFmpeg or GStreamer.
Lead the development of the Video Trim Editor and extraction logic, ensuring frame-accurate performance and efficient GCS data handling in the browser.
Conduct thorough code reviews, serving as a trusted source to catch edge cases, security gaps, and performance bottlenecks.
Actively contribute to development pipeline improvements (e.g., automated guardrails, RAG systems) to significantly cut down PR cycle time.
Participate in shipping LLM-powered features (e.g., scene description and object detection), monitoring live metrics to refine accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of full stack engineering and Python experience
2+ years of Java experience
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
