Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
Support and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Preparation for consolidated financial reporting
Partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections and issue resolution
Support cash flow tracking
Review payroll outputs to ensure accuracy of wages, deductions, and allocations across entities
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Work within and help improve financial systems and processes
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
Manage coordination with external accountants for tax filings and financial statement reviews
Support documentation and implementation of accounting policies as needed
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
3–6 years of accounting experience
Experience working with multiple entities and/or intercompany transactions preferred
CPA or CMA is a plus
Must be located in the Greater Boston area (hybrid schedule)
