About this role
Role Overview
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week for full-time status
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Registered Interns are accepted.
- Experience with biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.).
- Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal.
- Bilingual a bonus!
