Provide strategic advice and direction to senior leadership, evaluating legal risks and identifying creative solutions to support business goals.
Collaborate across business units to manage disputes and mentor contract professionals on complex legal negotiations.

7+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on drafting and negotiating complex SaaS, payment processing, and commercial contracts.
J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the bar in your state of employment.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven talent for translating legal complexity into clear business solutions.
Experience using AI in a business context to efficiently generate high-quality work product.
Bonus Points For: Experience within a large law firm or the in-house legal department of a global public company.
Prior experience navigating legal challenges specifically within the tech or industrial hardware sectors.
