Lead the design, coordination, and management of Mechanical systems for diverse building projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Manage project timelines, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a key technical lead.
Deliver the mechanical engineering consultancy process across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
Develop coordinated, and efficient designs in collaboration with other engineering consultancy disciplines, clients and external project teams.
Represent the company on projects of various scales with periodic quality review by Associates or Directors.
Prepare detailed design drawings and keep abreast of project design developments.

Degree in Mechanical engineering / Building Services Engineering / or other relevant design & engineering degree.
Professional Engineer (CEng or equivalent)
Technically competent: Building Regulations, CDM, British Standards, best practices on BSRIA and CIBSE guidance.
Desired knowledge of Healthcare Technical Memorandums, FPA/ LPC Sprinkler Rules, Heat Networks Technical Assurance Scheme (HNTAS) or capability to do develop.
Current experience with Bluebeam Review, Navisworks, REVIT, Microsoft Office suites.
Project Management experience desired.
Proven experience in leading engineering projects and teams.
