Conduct training for end-users on AI-enhanced flows and establish best practices for maximizing productivity gains

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML system development and deployment
Proven ability to create pragmatic solutions that enable predictable schedules
Strong self-management and organizational skills
Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively across a world-wide, multi-time zone team
Clear understanding and application of the principle that "perfect is the enemy of good" in development and deployment cycles
