Role Overview
- Concept, design, and deliver compelling visual assets across digital and print channels
- Collaborate closely with partners across the organization to translate business objectives into creative work
- Maintain and extend ServiceTitan’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Integrate AI-powered tools into ideation and production workflows to accelerate concept exploration
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or equivalent freelance portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong command of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
- A portfolio that showcases versatility, attention to detail, and strong conceptual thinking
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude) for design ideation and production
