About this role
Role Overview
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Hetzner, Kubernetes/Helm, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Automate deployment pipelines for CI/CD workflows across various environments and services
- Develop platform tooling that empowers developers to build and ship faster with high confidence
- Ensure system observability through robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Collaborate closely with AI and frontend/backend teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with Clovr’s product ecosystem
- Champion infrastructure as code and modern DevOps practices to ensure repeatability and scalability
- Participate in a rotating 24h on-call schedule (standby compensated)
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Strong experience with container orchestration (specially Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Docker, or similar tools
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response practices
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem solving
