Lead complex projects and initiatives in pharma commercial operations, focusing on Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys (Treatment and Drug Fulfilment), Forecasting, Product launch support and assessment, Patient adherence, Physician / Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROIs
Collaborate with Therapy area managers, Ecosystem insights leads and other business stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer behaviors
Comprehend stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage day-to-day responsibilities
Lead the team and stakeholder discussions, act as thought partner and provide high quality analytics solutions and recommendations
Create impactful presentations to convey crucial insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
Attend meetings with teams across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery of analytical & operations related requests
Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organization
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and interns on analytics principles and the Pharma domain
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Technology or relevant discipline, preference for Computer Science, Software, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and related fields
4-8 years of analytics / consulting experience, with 2-5 years in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects
Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations
Strong background in Sales analytics, Claims analytics, Product analysis, Patients analytics, forecasting and ROI analysis
Experience with secondary data sets, including IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims, affiliations, field interactions, Veeva, medical data
Exposure to therapeutic areas like oncology, neurology, immunology
Working knowledge of Salesforce or Veeva
Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SAS
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proven experience in translating research and analysis into succinct and persuasive business narratives
