Role Overview
- Collaborate with US Payer and Brand Marketing partners to deliver analytics and insights
- Lead execution and oversight of managed markets analytics
- Develop, enhance, and present performance reports
- Deliver payer-focused insights through multiple datasets
- Manage and support a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to address business questions
- Build and maintain analytical models and frameworks
- Create presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and interns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technology or a relevant discipline
- 7–12 years of experience in analytics or consulting roles
- 5–7 years supporting Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare analytics initiatives
- Experience working across therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, neurology, immunology)
- Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently
- Hands-on experience analyzing products under medical and pharmacy benefit structures
- Exposure to payer pull-through, contracting, and pricing initiatives
- Strong problem-structuring and analytical thinking skills
- Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead payer & contracting engagements and manage stakeholder expectations
