Requirements
You don’t need formal experience, attitude matters more.
Are interested in social media, video and digital content
Enjoy being creative but are also curious about how things work behind the scenes
Like learning new tools and platforms
Are organised and pay attention to detail
Are open to feedback and want to improve
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editing apps is a bonus, but not essential.
An interest in wellbeing, behaviour change or meaningful content is important. You don’t need to be sober, just open minded and curious about the space.
