Contribute to the design, build and implementation of a language agnostic LLM process, including translation quality reviews and content reorganisation.
Research and produce core content for support channels and manage localisation into 20 languages using AI-driven workflows.
Lead the entire content project lifecycle, from initial conception to stakeholder implementation.
Co-develop prompts and AI agents for our tools. Track key metrics to measure the impact of AI and ensure continuous model improvement.
Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience managing content across multiple languages and markets.
A strong understanding of and hands-on experience with AI tools, with a genuine curiosity for building and testing new AI agents.
Adaptable and resourceful, with the proven ability to learn and master new software and tools quickly.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet business goals.
Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented in your approach to content and project management.
A background in translation, linguistics, or similar is preferred.
French language skills are a plus.
Previous experience writing content for a customer service or community support audience.
