End-to-end responsibility for the operational and financial performance of our MVZ network, including productivity, utilization and efficiency
Improve MVZ performance through KPI management, benchmarking and clear follow-up mechanisms
Optimize patient flow, appointment management, workforce planning and capacity utilization to reduce waiting times and increase patient satisfaction
Standardize and continuously optimize MVZ processes, SOPs and best practices across all locations
Identify and implement initiatives for operational improvement that strengthen profitability and scalability
Work closely with MVZ leadership teams to improve local performance and ensure implementation
Establish transparent reporting structures and meaningful performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making at HQ and on site
Provide strategic support for expansion initiatives, new MVZ openings and M&A integrations
Manage cross-functional projects together with leadership teams from MVZs and HQ
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in outpatient care/MVZ settings or in a multi-site, service-oriented healthcare environment
Licensed specialist physician (e.g., General Medicine/Internal Medicine) or a business (BWL) profile with demonstrated MVZ/outpatient experience and strong medical and commercial knowledge
Demonstrated performance improvements across multiple sites through KPI governance, benchmarking and consistent implementation
Comprehensive understanding of MVZ operations, patient flow, capacity planning and cost-effectiveness
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven, execution-focused working style
Experience scaling standardized operating models and building unified processes and SOPs
Confidently navigate operational, clinical and financial requirements; strong stakeholder management across all disciplines
Solid knowledge of the German statutory health insurance system (GKV), including KV processes, EBM billing and physician contract matters
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany to MVZ locations
Business-fluent German and very good English
