Supervise manufacturing activities at external manufacturing sites
Manage the supply chain team and the test engineering group
Manage inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing waste
Monitor key performance indicators for manufacturing activities (inventory, deliveries, operations, etc.) and implement corrective actions when necessary
Interact with the engineering team on new products and product updates
Maintain relationships with external suppliers and negotiate pricing
Lead QBR activities with key suppliers and act as the liaison between Genetec and external factories
Take the lead on escalated issues related to manufacturing operations
Monitor product quality and lead the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) process when required

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering combined with an MBA (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams
Over 10 years of experience
Ability to travel as required by the role
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with international colleagues and customers)
Experience with electronic contract manufacturing and test engineering (an asset)
Hands-on knowledge and experience with an ERP system (an asset)
