Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Become an ambassador of brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure products are represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Northwest San Antonio, TX)
