Collaborate with the Global Client Onboarding (GCO) and the Global Product Delivery (GPD) teams
Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Tax & Regulatory onboarding services
Coordinate communications, leading onboarding calls, and facilitating the resolution of Tax & Regulatory-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to‑date client records, including Tax & Regulatory profiles
Assist with the preparation and delivery of standard onboarding materials, reports, summaries, and status updates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role, preferably within tax, regulatory, compliance, finance, legal, or professional services environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling regulatory, compliance, and client‑specific information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working in enterprise systems and document repositories
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status reporting.
