Requirements
Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
A rigorous analytical mindset.
A track record of operating at Staff or domain-owner level.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working in a customer-facing operations domain.
Nice to have: Experience designing experiments in operational contexts, Familiarity with customer care platforms, Proficiency in Python for advanced statistical work.
