Building key technical relationships at top accounts demonstrating great technical credibility increasing customer technical confidence in NI-Emerson
Understanding and assisting in creation of customer technical requirements.
Provide recommendations on software architectures, hardware while helping understand the next steps to ensure success
Collaborating with the NI-Emerson Account Manager(s) as part of an account team to lead development and execution of the account technical strategy providing insight to the overall account strategy and pipeline
Coordinating with and informing internal technical stakeholders to execute on account technical initiatives and provide feedback to increase account success
Leveraging industry, application area, and account knowledge to uncover and influence customer future technical needs and challenges generating further technical demand for NI-Emerson products, services, and support
Requirements
BS degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
5 years of industry experience
3 years of programming experience
2 years of experience in RF Fundamentals and Measurements
Willing and able to travel – Regional and Austin, TX, up to 25%
U.S. Citizenship required
Degree concentration in electrical or computer engineering is preferred
Experience with LabVIEW, and TestStand, and the PXI platform, including developer certifications
Advanced skill in at least one of the following programming languages: LabVIEW, .NET, Python, C++, C#
Advanced skill in FPGA development using VHDL or LabView FPGA
2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience contributing to organization, account, or engagement strategies
Able to integrate business, operational, and interpersonal considerations into technical engagements.
