Role Overview
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns
- Write conversion-driven, engaging copy
- Create simple visuals and assets
- Continuously test, optimize and analyze campaigns
- Use AI tools to improve campaigns, content creation and automations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new ideas and strategies
Requirements
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Loop, Charles)
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva or similar tools)
- Strong curiosity and a desire to test and experiment
- Comfort with numbers and the ability to interpret campaign results
- Experience working with AI to optimize campaigns, content creation and automations
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
