Overseeing the transformation agenda, developing initiative roadmaps, managing cross-enterprise teams supporting technology and business projects, and ensuring successful delivery of transformational programs throughout planning, execution, and closure phases.
Providing visionary leadership and thought guidance to the Enterprise Project Management Office, functional areas, strategic partners, and vendors throughout transformation initiatives.
Demonstrating strong technical and business acumen to drive technology and business initiatives, aligning organizational strategy with innovative solutions.
Overseeing complex technical and business projects, including modern enterprise technology platforms and cloud-based architectures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Any relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members.
Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent education/experience. (Preferred)
3 years of experience in organization transformation. (Preferred)
7 years of experience working in or with an integrated health system; legal experience; financial accounting; change and transition management; professional consulting experience (Preferred)
