Conducts in‑person route audits in accordance with all WM Safety Principles and DriveCam requirements.
Follows WM drivers on existing routes to determine effectiveness of route sequencing and ensure proper driver procedure.
Identifies service increase opportunities while on route.
Shares ideas to increase route productivity while maintaining service quality.
Maintains time and production records.
Interacts with operations manager to ensure efficient, cost-effective operation of the fleet.
Complies with WM’s Mission to Zero standards and regulations.
Attends and contributes to driver/safety meetings to maintain favorable working relationships.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree required and; High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience: No prior work experience required (in addition to education requirement).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is also recommended.
Prior driving experience in a work setting preferred.
