Provide full-cycle recruiting from sourcing (active and passive talent), to candidate engagement, through interviewing and selection on our applicant tracking system (Workable).
Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research, etc.
Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
Confirm that all talent acquisition efforts support CFBNJ’s mission, strategic goals, and objectives, including ongoing reporting and communication of results to leadership team.
Ensure an effective and efficient recruiting process, in compliance with CFBNJ’s hiring policies and practices.
Coordinate offer letters and pre-employment processes (background checks, references).
Support onboarding logistics for new hire in collaboration with HR Ops.
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant application of company policies and practices.
Coach managers on effective documentation, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with senior management.
Develop strategies in partnership with ER and L&D Specialist to improve team members capabilities.
Requirements
3+ years of demonstrated success in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and qualifying talent, networking and relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization and market to potential candidates.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
High degree of professionalism and reliability, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team, in a dynamic work environment.
