Role Overview
- Lead and oversee the execution of virtual, live, and hybrid events
- Contribute to annual event strategy and align initiatives
- Take ownership of event budgets and ensure maximum impact
- Build networks with trusted vendors and negotiate terms
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams
- Define success metrics and deliver post-event reports
- Develop event concepts and themes
- Act as key coordinator during company events

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in managing and coordinating live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Proven budget management skills
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Demonstrated team leadership or mentorship experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb communication skills
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
