About this role
Role Overview
Supporting the execution of CRM strategies across international markets
Building and deploying campaigns across CRM channels including newsletters, triggers, push notifications, and reminders
Assisting in the development and implementation of CRM journeys
Supporting audience segmentation and campaign targeting with the CRM Manager
Owning and executing the content plan across websites and app, ensuring alignment with trade plans and campaign strategy
Managing landing pages and on-site merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation
Creating wireframes and briefing creative assets in collaboration with the design team
Reviewing and optimising customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion
Monitoring campaign performance and supporting reporting, including A/B testing
Conducting competitor research to identify opportunities and improve performance
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in CRM, digital content, or e-commerce
Experience using an ESP, CRM platform, or content management system (at Moonpig we use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for CRM and Contentful for content)
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes
Proactive mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn
Experience working in international markets is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or basic HTML is beneficial
