About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients; build and maintain trusted relationships
- Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees and develop tailored solutions
- Guide new and existing clients through all engagement processes
- Proactively inform about new benefits and developments
- Provide strategic advice, develop individual benefit programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial topics
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
