About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and customers
Develop long-term customer relationships and maintain them through regular communication
Identify individual customer needs and ensure lasting satisfaction
Keep customers informed about new benefits, developments and opportunities for optimization
Continuously expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation
Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
