Provide personalized advice to our clients' employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement planning, with a particular focus on property and casualty insurance.
Support customers by phone, in writing, and virtually, ensuring a positive service and user experience.
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes — from consultation through implementation.
Explain complex insurance and financial topics clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance, and financial wellbeing.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance field, or banking training with relevant insurance experience.
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance.
Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work.
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.
Independent, structured, and responsible working style, and very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
