Drive architecture decisions, write design docs, and lead technical reviews
Define and implement observability across user interactions, Core Web Vitals, API performance, and perceived performance
Mentor engineers, improve team processes and code quality, and help foster a culture of craft, ownership, and high standards

8+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products as a full stack engineer
Able to go deep across the stack to solve complex problems and unblock the team
You’ve built production-quality UIs in React and TypeScript and have experience designing APIs, working with data models, and debugging complex backend systems
You have strong product and user experience instincts and use them to influence what gets built, not just how it’s built
You think in systems and set technical direction that improves how the team builds
You lead through influence
