Reconcile and analyze ending balances
Assist with the launch of new digital assets and products impacting platform accounting operations
Ensure that appropriate internal controls over platform accounting are in place
Operationalize new areas of the business to facilitate streamlined accounting transactions
With major system experience, recognize the links upstream/downstream and verbalize the impacts & reliance in connection with changes or enhancements
Provide project requirements and coordinate, manage and oversee any testing to improve existing processes and automate any related systems
Provide support for internal and external audits

9+ years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience in the fintech/financial services industries
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manager role.
Financial services industry experience such as fintech, payments and/or broker dealers
B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operation and accounting challenges
Desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the organization
Operational processes experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Individual should work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.
