Litigation Paralegal – Temporary

Role Overview

• Manage all phases of civil litigation matters, including organization and review of client documents
• Review, redact, and prepare documents for production
• Manage and support all phases of e-discovery, including administering and navigating platforms
• Retrieve, organize, and prepare exhibits for court filings
• Review discovery, summarize depositions, and assist in preparing discovery responses
• Analyze medical and billing records, including preparation of page and line summaries
• Prepare subpoenas and coordinate document productions.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong background in e-discovery, including e-discovery platform administration and document production management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (2010 or higher), Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Westlaw/Lexis Nexis experience.
