Create best-in-class digital assets for Amazon, including B+, A+, EBC, Brand Stores, Storefronts, ad creatives and basic video content, aligned to brand identity guidelines
Create content for e-commerce and social media channels, including DTC touchpoints, email campaigns and organic social assets across all 5 brands
Collaborate with brand managers, sourcing team and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative assets for consumer brands.
Design packaging artwork, promotional inserts, leaflets and other print assets, including seasonal concepts for product lines.
Work with external illustrators to develop print designs and patterns for products.
Ensure visual consistency across all brands under the Creative Director, implementing brand guidelines across every touchpoint.
Brief and collaborate with the content production team on photo and video needs to produce best-in-class multimedia content
Support the Creative Director in photoshoots and brand activations, including events and product launches.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously within determined timelines, budgets and scope across Heroes' portfolio brands
Requirements
4+ years of full-time graphic design experience covering packaging, digital, print and branding, ideally reporting into a Senior Designer or Art Director.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design or equivalent certification.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Confident using AI image generation tools to create and enhance visual content.
Strong photo editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Collaborative by nature, receptive to feedback and able to incorporate it quickly and efficiently.
Experience working on Amazon or Ecommerce platforms is a bonus.
Basic video editing and UX/UI design knowledge is a bonus.
