Utilize AI and automation tools to support efficient execution of repetitive processes for the investment team.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, and maintain strong overall technology competency.
Apply strong attention to detail and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Provide investment support activities, including account opening, investment performance reporting and documentation, compliance support, completion of subscription agreements for private investments, and other operational activities that support a high-quality client experience.
Prepare and deliver client materials and reports in a timely manner, as requested by the investment team.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in an investment-related role supporting UHNW clients, foundations, or endowments; family office experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Working knowledge of core asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private capital, and real assets.
Demonstrated interest in expanding investment knowledge and contributing to team and business objectives.
Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to support the team across priorities as needed.
