Requirements
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Program and Project Management: strong organizational skills enabling the ability to plan, prioritize, and break down complex projects into actionable tasks
Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes. Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable go-to-market strategies.
Use of AI tools: Understand effective ways to saving time on analysis, efficiency in prototype development and demonstrating productivity gains across all areas of the role.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and grow complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
Strategic Insight Development: master storyteller with the ability to translate and deliver complex topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate with target audiences
Agility & Innovation: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving and highly adaptive environments.
Highly detail oriented: Consistently ensures accuracy and completeness in all deliverables, maintaining high quality standards
8-10 years of experience in program and project management, partnerships in the payments industry.
Experience with embedded finance or embedded payment solutions.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
