Role Overview
- Responsible for optimizing our client’s experience as they are connecting their applications to U.S. Bank
- Assist clients in selecting their preferred connectivity method
- Coordinate and drive activities to ensure an optimal experience
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to contribute to the success of API operations services
- Define workflows during execution, create training materials, and drive system enhancements
- Onboard new customer implementations of Treasury Management Core Products
- Build positive customer relationships by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
- Hands on Client Onboarding Experience with Treasury Core Products such as ACH/BAI/Positive Pay, etc
- Client Facing/Coordination is a must
- Knowledge on SFTP and MFS Configurations
- Knowledge of File formats for different Treasury Core Products and SSH/PGP keys
