Role Overview
- Support in creating, maintaining and updating learning content in the learning management system (Blackboard)
- Support with quality assurance of learning content (e.g., formatting, consistency, completeness)
- AI-assisted translation of teaching and learning materials (German/English)
- Assistance in preparing texts, quiz questions and other instructional elements
- Occasional support for administrative and organizational tasks
- Occasional assistance with cross-team tasks in the Academic Affairs Office
Requirements
- Enrolled student
- Careful, detail-oriented working style and enjoyment of working in a team
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to work
- Goal
- and service-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
- IT affinity / good technical aptitude
- Experience with learning management systems such as Moodle or Blackboard
- Experience with layout and graphic design
