Manage road engineering projects and studies, covering scope, cost and schedule, ensuring a balance between technical quality, constructability and total project cost optimization.
Ensure the application of engineering best practices and the most appropriate technical and construction solutions for expansion and improvement works planned in the EcoRodovias Group Business Units.
Operate in a high-complexity, high-urgency environment, considering immediate replacement of the position and the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
Integrate Business Units, internal teams, contracted companies, consultancies, designers, contractors and external agencies, ensuring technical alignment in project execution.
Contribute to decision-making through analysis of indicators and area results, proposing process improvements.
Ensure technical, regulatory and institutional compliance with external agencies and Granting Authorities.
Perform end-to-end management of road engineering projects, from scope definition to final delivery, in accordance with internal processes, the EcoRodovias Project Management Methodology and using the MGP tool.
Execute Project Management activities for road engineering focused on expansion and improvement works, seeking to optimize investments and applicable technical solutions.
Provide engineering support according to current internal demands and guidelines.
Lead the technical and administrative management of projects, including Terms of Reference, Opening Letters, Scope Declarations, Acceptance Terms, physical-financial schedules, contracts, amendments and measurements.
Evaluate the need to hire service providers for specific engineering studies or designs, defining appropriate technical assumptions.
Perform technical analysis of proposals and participate in the procurement processes for projects and works.
Coordinate technical alignment meetings with contracted companies, internal teams, Management and the Board.
Coordinate, together with Business Units, the start of contracted field services, including kick-off and integration meetings.
Conduct critical review of deliverables from designers and consultancies, requesting corrections and validating the bill of quantities.
Manage Project Quality Control (CQP) and Value Engineering services related to the project portfolio under the area's responsibility.
Coordinate Technical Monitoring of Works (ATO) activities, including technical analyses, consultancy management, project reviews, site visits and meetings with Units and suppliers.
Work on the management of Accredited Inspection Bodies (OIAs) for project certification.
Support cost estimating for works and assist Business Units with approvals from external agencies.
Identify improvement opportunities, propose action plans and contribute to the development of new routines, processes and methodologies.
Work to meet individual and collective goals, performing activities in accordance with internal standards, current processes and SGI guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration;
Experience in the preparation or technical management of road infrastructure projects;
Experience in Project Management;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD;
Knowledge of BIM-based project preparation and management tools (desirable).
