Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
Lead and perform code reviews for internal and AMS-delivered development to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
Own development of higher-complexity enhancements, integrations, and custom components
Partner with Tech Leads/Solution Architects to align development with platform standards and architectural patterns
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning by providing technical input, estimates, and feasibility guidance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical defects and performance issues
Ensure solutions adhere to security, data protection, and compliance requirements
Contribute to development standards, reusable components, and technical documentation
Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing as needed
Assist with release preparation, deployment activities, and post–go-live stabilization
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the broader delivery team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
6 + years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce (as applicable), and Salesforce APIs
Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Demonstrated experience performing code reviews and enforcing development standards
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Experience collaborating with AMS or external delivery providers
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, including: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
