10+ years of Delivery & Team Management experience
15+ years of total work experience
Track record of implementing successful data products across markets
Understand new technologies and their relevance to consumers
Have International experience for deployed products for global customers
Experience of ORMB as a product is a plus
Experience of payments technology
Technology experience of implementing settlement solutions of either vendor or in-house products
Skilled at articulating ideas and influencing execution
Action-oriented and passionate about driving business outcomes
Advanced practitioner of “test and learn”
Able to motivate product and other stakeholders to create simple and effective end-to-end experiences
