Lead on storytelling, content and production of internal and external events, including strategy share, investor days, AI House and Prosus’s flagship event series, Forward and Luminate
Build and manage vendor relationships, production budgets, and delivery timelines across multiple simultaneous projects
Oversee the full video production lifecycle — from concept development and scripting through to shooting, post-production, and final delivery
Work with external vendors to direct and produce a variety of video formats including executive interviews, brand films, product explainers and event recaps
Manage internal and freelance camera operators, directors, and production crews; hire and brief talent as required
Ability to create, produce and edit content for social media and internal channels
Perform high-quality video editing using industry-standard and AI tools to ensure high quality content creation
Edit and produce Prosus's podcast output, managing the full post-production pipeline from raw recording through to platform-ready audio with show notes and chapter markers
Develop and maintain brand-consistent templates, title sequences, and audio branding elements
Ensure all content meets platform-specific technical specifications for broadcast, YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distribution channels
Produce and adapt content for Prosus's social media channels, including short-form video, audiograms, quote cards, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
Partner with the social media and brand teams to ensure content is optimised for platform algorithms and audience engagement
Stay current with emerging social formats and production trends, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches to the team
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in production, broadcast, content creation, or a closely related field, with a proven track record at senior level
Demonstrable expertise across events production, video production, and audio/podcast post-production
