Work collaboratively across all stages of projects, ensuring client satisfaction with a focus on repeat business.
Closely monitor the client journey, from activation through engagement, ensuring the success of the proposed strategy.
Lead checkpoints and value deliveries, coordinating requirements with all project stakeholders (such as delivery of materials, tool updates, meeting deadlines, among others).
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, the internal team and external vendors.
Maintain close relationships and provide high-quality client service throughout project execution.
Identify and recommend improvements to optimize clients' media campaign results.
Manage projects focused on the performance of partner brands, tracking business, media and communication KPIs.
Analyze media campaign results, turning data into strategic intelligence to support decision-making and guide B2B clients.
Produce post-sales materials and campaign performance reports, and conduct meetings to present results to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Success, B2B client service or Project Management, preferably at advertising or marketing agencies or media companies.
Experience analyzing results of communication and/or marketing campaigns — the ability to read metrics, interpret performance and translate data into clear client recommendations is essential for this role.
Comfortable interacting with a range of B2B client profiles and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with business and media reporting and metrics.
Advanced Excel skills (required).
Familiarity with media and digital marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Knowledge of project management and/or agile methodologies is a plus.
