Develop and maintain long-term partnerships
Support partners via phone, written communication and virtual meetings
Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing in a clear and understandable way
Contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes in housing acquisition

Professional experience in the German real estate sector
Ability to explain complex issues clearly
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Able to work independently, in a structured manner and with a sense of responsibility
Excellent German language skills
Communicative, charismatic personality
